ベトナムへ入国、同伴輸入（ハンドキャリー）

日本からペットを連れてベトナムへ入国されるには下記の書類が必要になります。

1. 日本出国時取得の『犬（猫）の輸出検疫証明書』

2. 荷主パスポート

3. 予防接種証明書

4. 健康診断書

※ベトナム側の規則で狂犬病予防接種はベトナム入国の1 ヶ月以上～ 1 年以内に受けていることが必要です。

 　      日本側動物検疫所発行の『犬（猫）の輸出検疫証明書』の取得には、出国前に日本側動物検疫所において狂犬病についての検査、健康証明書、予防接種証明書、固体識別証明書などが必要となりますので、詳細については事前に日本側動物検疫所にご確認ください。また、検査を受けるに当たっては、事前（7 日前まで）に動物検疫所にご連絡いただき、輸出検査申請書を提出して下さい。申請書は動物検疫所のホームページからダウンロード可能です。

※ベトナム入国時に空港にて動物検疫官から発行される『輸入検疫証明書』はベトナムを出国される際に必要になりますので大切に保管ください。

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IMPORT LIVE ANIMAL TO VIETNAM

1.    Original of health book.

2.    Original of vaccination certificate.

3.    Health certificate issued by Airport at origin.

4.    Copy of shipper's passport & visa with company stamp.

5.    Original of Vietnam arrival – departure card (small white form provided to you by Customs at the airport upon entry to Vietnam).

6.    Flight details. Please target ETA Hanoi/Hochiminh within working hours. If not, overtime charges for Customs, airport warehouse and Carrier’s staff will incur.

7.    Copy of A.W.B. Consignee details should be shown as: NAME OF SHIPPER C/O HIS/HER COMPANY/ORGANISATION WITH FULL ADDRESS

8.    Letter of authorisation in Vietnamese for Carrier/forwarder to perform import formalities. Letter is prepared by carrier/forwarder and shipper needs to sign and get his/her company/organisation's stamp.

9.    Letter in Vietnamese to Customs at the airport requesting of importation of
live animal. Letter is prepared by Asian Tigers Transpo and shipper needs get his/her company/organisation's stamp.

10.    Copy of business/office licence with company/organisation’s stamp on the dox.

The carrier need to have the copies of documents from # 1 to # 4 at least 3 - 4 days prior shipment arrival to submit to Noi Bai/Hochiminh Animal Quarantine Station for import approval. On the day of shipment arrival, Quarantine Officer will check the live animal and all required original documents then issuing the import permit. Please note that the shipment arrival should be in normal working hours otherwise there will be additional charges incurred.
