Ambassador Designate of Vietnam to Japan H.E. Mr. Pham Quang Hieu visited Mrs. Abe Akie on June 23rd.

Ambassador Designate Pham Quang Hieu affirmed the Vietnamese leaders and people always cherished the special contributions by former Prime Minister Abe Shinzo and Mrs. Abe Akie for Vietnam-Japan cooperation. Ambassador Designate Pham Quang Hieu conveyed the greetings and best wishes from the leaders of Vietnam to Mrs. Abe and hopes that Mrs. Abe would continue to make contributions to the development of Viet Nam-Japan bilateral relations.

Mrs Akie expressed her gratitude for special sentiments and respect extented by Vietnamese leaders to former Prime Minister Abe and his family and pledged to continue to support the further development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
